"How awesome it is to go into 2025 with a new roof. My mom and I had both been struggling with our insurance companies. We had a hailstorm last year. Trees down on houses all around. Over 100 wind damaged shingles. My insurance company would only “repair” it. I went through 3 companies that either said there was no bother because of my insurance carrier, they couldn’t warranty that much work, or they ghosted😂. Then came Hurricane Helene. Even more damage, missing ridge cap, still same story with my insurance. Like, what am I paying yall for?? TRC-Roofs sent Tim by, and the rest was history. Fortunately thanks to this company, I was given the opportunity to get my whole roof redone and did not have any challenges. "TRC replaced our roof in June 2024. Crew finished their work in one day despite the weather being over ninety degrees! They did a great job and the roof looks great. The only problem we had was at the rear of our patio where water would get into our soffit and stream down our patio screen. We made them aware of the problem and they promised to take care of it. Took three tries but they figured it out. Water was bypassing new gutter and getting behind it into the soffit. Once they figured it out, the problem was gone. Not sure if it was a roof issue or more likely a spouting issue, but in any event, they kept their promise and took care of the problem to our satisfaction. I would recommend their company if you are considering a roof replacement. They were especially helpful in working with our insurance company to navigate all the steps that needed to be done."

"From the moment the salesman rang my doorbell (which I am not always patient with salesmen- lol) to the last shingle placed on the roof, I had a great experience. Tim was one of the most pleasant individuals I have worked with, especially on a project as large as a full roof replacement. The team came out to inspect the roof and found I needed the roof replaced. The entire process was seamless as it relates to Trinity restoration. I was kept in the loop on the timeline and the work performed. The team uncovered an issue outside of the roof (the fascia and the wood type used by the original builder of the home) and guess what they did? They repaired it without fuss or hassle. They wanted to do what was right and in good conscience, could not perform other work knowing there were issues in previous work performed. When Hurricane Helene hit in our area, the starburst on the front panel of my home were destroyed and Trinity Restoration repaired this as well. If you are working through insurance, they fight and battle with your insurance company as well. When they tell you not to worry because they have your back, trust them because they mean it— they LITERALLY HAVE YOUR BACK. (Even when the insurance did not) Tim G and the team were professional and great partners to work with. I can’t say enough kind words about the service I received. "Tim came by months ago to talk about my roof and continued to check in to see when we were ready to replace the roof. The storms did a number on the roof and Tim helped navigate the situation with insurance to help us get our roof replaced before more damage could be done. I was leery but it turned out that there was no need for the angst. Tim did the inspection, was present for the adjuster and came back the day after the work was done to document the job and perform a final sweep for nails. The work crew did a great job of setting up, capturing the debris from the old roof and putting up the new roof. They worked with our insurance carrier (SF) that tried to deny the claim. After they got the insurance to finally approve, they then worked with us on some roofing material upgrades we wanted. They quoted a fair price that we confirmed/compared against. Day of installation was smooth. A large, 2 story roof they were able to finish in a single day. Two months later, after snow and rain with no issues, no leaks, and the roof looks wonderful.
