We knew we needed a new deck - wood or poly - fancy or plain - bigger or smaller - so many things to think about and then taking time to meet with contractors and then all the no shows or the deck will cost so much we need to get a loan. That all changed when I contacted Trinity - fast response on the phone and when Billy arrived he add asked a lot of questions about our deck - how much time we spent on it - our pros and cons and then he made suggestions to fit our preferences. We agreed on a deck style and the price was so reasonable - I thought he was missing something.
